Payments are processed entirely by PayPal — we never see or store your card number. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required to deliver your order (e.g. the shipping carrier). You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

If an item arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery provided the item is unused and in original packaging; return shipping is at the buyer's cost. Refunds are issued to the original PayPal payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective.
